Description Of Item: Dark cream plastic casing (115 A x160 H x 45 D) with two chrome metal and plastic legs with tilt mechanism. Internal illumination with two test targets, one on each side. One target presents a duochrome test with letters and double Verhoff rings, a pair of polarised letter charts for near binocular balance, a number visual acuity chart and horizontal and vertical tangent scales with light source for a Maddocx rod for measuring near heterophoria. This side of the test unit has a retracting measuring tape for fixing observation distance and the target is marked 'Rodenstock Made in Western Germany'.The second target presents various near tests - typewriter font, printed font, rail timetable and a line of music notation. This side is marked 'Rodenstock' Coil elecric lead with low voltage plug
