In Part 2 the history of bifocal lenses (Franklin split lens, solid upcurve, Perfection bifocal, cement bifocals, Opifex, Kryptok) is described followed by a Chapter on Ultex bifocals. There is a concluding chapter on prism effects in bifocals. The first edition published in 1941 is Cat No 1825.
