Description Of Item: Cash book, 14 cm W x 32 cm D, ruled pages, marbelled cardboard covers, in which is recorded sales describing the item sold with the price in ? of each item. The inside of the front cover and the first page have notes in a foreign language. Each page carries a date, the first page being dated 14.5.24 - 17.5.24 and the last page March 1st - March 6th 1926.
Historical Significance: This might be a cash book of an optometrist or a wholesale optical laboratory. Many of the items are for repairs to glasses and accessories for glasses.
