Historical Significance: Jonathan Hutchinson Jun FRCS was surgeon to the London Hospital and the Great Northern Hospital. He is probably the son of Sir Jonathan Hutchinson FRS (1828-1913) renowned surgeon and ophthalmologist, noted especially for his work on syphilis.
