Description Of Item: Silver-gilt round-eye spectacles with arched bridge. Two-piece hinged temples with tear drop shaped ribbon loops. Hallmarked for London 1803. Lion Passant & Sovereign's head duty mark behind bridge. Date letter H for 1803 inside each temple near frae front. Outside of left temple impressed 'D 30'. Glazed +5.50 D.S. right and left.� Size 120x37mm.
Historical Significance: Described in the Abel collection as: Messingbrille um 1700 Deutschland
