Description Of Item: Laminated white card used to evaluate a number of important parameters of fixation disparity (or retinal slip) by associated phoria method. Colour-coded scale on card measures fixation disparity. The small central target is polarised and is viewed through polarised filters with the right eye seeing a vertical arrow and the left eye seeing a coloured-coded scale. Print around the central targets provides an accommodation and fusion lock.
