Description Of Item: The Keystone Visual Skills Test is a set of target cards designed to be used with the Keystone Telebinocular (see Cat # 1650), a stereoscopic instrument which screens for disorders of vision, visual skills dysfunctions and colour vision defects. It was widely used in school vision screenings and occupational health screenings. A reduced set of 15 cards was created by the Optometric Extension Program (OEP) to be used by optometrists for binocular skills assessment and vision training. This set is incomplete, containing only 11 cards. Cards are 177 x 88 mm and are stored in box 180 x 101 mm.
