Axis scales for each eye covering 185 degrees. Nose rest adjustable for both height and vertex distance by screw mechanisms, with a height scale. Adjustable eye separation with inch scale for interpupillary distance. Bridge bar printed with 'TEMPLE' and 'PUPIL'. Slide extending sides with curl ends. Back of left eyerim is stamped PAT NOV 6 94. Both temples stamped on inside PAT. APR. 30.95. Historical Significance: This trial frame from the late 19th century is noteworthy for using inch scale for PD instead of the usual mm.
