Description Of Item: Five white paper panels with black card surround each 220 mm x 76 mm x 1 mm. Each panel has a different set of symbols and a designation of test distance imprinted in black. Panels are: (1) Illiterate E, 9 letters 15-40 FT, (2) 9 Assorted symbols including circle ,star, square, cross and triangle 15-40 FT, (3) 9 Hebrew characters, one repeated, 15-40 FT, (4) 10 Gothic characters 15 FT, (5) 8 Gothic characters 20 FT. Two panels of black card with a design cut out to reveal a white symbol. One is a cross, 50 mm x 50 mm, the other a circle 7 mm diameter. All panels are enclosed in a brown paper sleeve.
