Large black knob on top of unit rotates four faces with insertable slides - Worth 4 Dot, near acuity, fixation disparity and duochrome. all with ZEISS embossed on plastic slide casing. Septum on front which swings outwards operated by small twist knob on top of unit. Retractable tape measure with centimetre and dioptre scales on front. Back of unit has combined horizontal and vertical phoria test. Black plastic plate with 'Carl Zeiss, Jena' attached.
