Description Of Item: Cased non-luminous ophthalmoscope head, handle and 2 condensing lenses. Black metal head has round concave lmirror and 15 lenses on a disc. Lens powers marked in Dioptres and Inches. Designations: 0 for open space, Minus lens powers in red: 48, 24, 16, 12, 8, 6, 4, 2 (for dioptres) and their equivalents for inches: 3/4, 1 1/2, 2 1/4, 3, 4 1/2, 6, 9, 18. Plus powers printed in white (dioptres): 9, 6, 4 1/2, 3, 2 1/4, 1 1/2, 3/4 and in inches: 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24, 48. 2 condensing lenses, 23mm diameter, +14 DS & +20 DS.Hinged fitted case lined with purple velvet.
