The double bridge and reversible sides allow the magnifier to be used for either eye.Stored in trial case Item 2116 Historical Significance: The previous owner, Isaac Cynamon, was a jeweller in Berlin who migrated to Australia in 1938. This item was in the trial lens set (Cat No 2116) donated by the descendants of Mr Cynamon. It was probably used as a magnifier in his work as a jeweller.
