The box is lined with blue fabric and a black velveteen covered insert with four slots holds four Bagolini striated lenses in tagged metal mounts. Two tags are stamped '4' and two '2'. Historical Significance: Bagolini striated lenses were invented by Bruno Bagolini (1924-2010) who graduated in Medicine in Bologna in 1949.
