Description Of Item: Refractor, black crackle finish, with encased rotating discs of spherical and cylindrical lenses for each eye with adjusting slide to fit the distance between the patientt's eyes, with a mm scale, provision for introducing supplementary lenses for high refractive errors, pairs of Maddox rods, Risely prisms and rotating prisms that can be swung into place for measurement of binocular vision coordination. Stem for mounting on to a stand or wall bracket. Marked on front 'GENOPHTHALMIC REFRACTOR 3835-A' and 'GENERAL OPTICIAL CO INC MOUNT VERNON N.Y. U,S,A.' and on back 'LICENSED PAT SEPT 18-1917'.
