These can be screwed into the handle, supplied in 3 short sections in vinyl wallet case. Target colours: green, red, blue & white. 9 red/green tips, 9 blue/white tips. Case: (closed): 146 mm x 110 mm x 14 mm.. The black plastic wallet is marked MADE IN ENGLAND in gold embossed letters. Clear plasticl press stud closure, unmarked. Historical Significance: Harry Moss Traquair (1875-1954) was Scottish and is regarded as the father of clinical perimetry. His name is attached to some visual field concepts such as Traquair's hill of vision, Traquair's perimetric targets and Traquair's scotoma. He published a classic book on visual fields in 1927, of which there were 5 later editions, some re-issued by US publishers. The last edition was published posthumously in 1957, when it was titled 'Traquair's Clinical Perimetry' and co-authored by G I Scott. In the 1930s and 40s the company advertised as manufacturers of metal smallware including press buttons, hairpins, corset garter and suspender fittings, buckles and hair grips.
