Description Of Item: Baush & Lomb Goldmann-style applanation tonometer made under license to Haag-Streit. 'Type T' mount allowed the instrument to be brought out for use when desired and fitted onto a guide plate on the slit lamp. Hinged fitted case includes tonometer, aluminium mounting base plate and 2 mounting bolts, but no Goldmann prism. Printed in white 'BAUSCH & LOMB/ LICENSE HAAG-STREIT', and B&L logo of a solid inverted triangle within a circle. Case: 215mm W x 105mm H x 117mm D.
