Description Of Item: Black plastic box 118 mm x 72 mm x 90 mm with a fluted top surface. A round dial with rotatable pointer has graduations marked from 3 to 12 and 0.35A, 3-12V, and 'NAITO OPHTHALMIC OPTICAL INSTRUMENT RESEARCH INSTITUTE' printed in black and a red pilot light at the 6o'clock position. A rotating Off/On switch is located on one corner of the top opposite two sockets for the power cord. A sliver coloured rectangular metal plate imprinted in blue is attached to the side of the box with the words 'ELECTRONIC A & R EQUIPMENT MELB. AUSTRALIA, TYPE, PRI.V, PRI.A, SEC.V, VA, CYC and 5795, 240, 3:12. .35, 4.2 and 50 stamped opposite each of the sections except PRI.A. A 3 pin plug and flex is attached.
