Description Of Item: Black plastic spectacle type frame 165 mm x 60 mm with straight temples 160 mm. Frame contains a red filter on the right and a green filter on the left. Temples have the words STEREO VISION SYSTEMS, PAT. PEND. and caution: not for sun glare, MADE IN U.S.A. embossed on them.
Historical Significance: Red-green glasses were supplied by the Bernell Corporation for use with orthoptic/binocular training equipment devised by Bernard Vodnoy. See also Cat. Nos. 1685, 1868, 1904, 2782 and 3670
