Description Of Item: Five printing blocks, metal on wood (except one all metal), for use printing optometric stationery and in advertising, contained in a plain cardboard post box. They were for Charles Wantrup, a Melbourne optometrist in practice in Brunswick and Prahran in the first half of the 20th century. One block has an eye logo and the words 'COLIN WANTRUP / OPTICAN / 188 CHAPEL ST / PRAHRAN. Another is of a pair of specacles and marked on the back MR WANTRUP P 90. A third is a photograph of an optometrist attending a patient behind a phoropter,
