Head has one wheel of lenses and 3 supplementary lenses (-20, +10, +20) and three apertures. Head front has lost its stick-on labels. Rear marked 'KEELER- ENGLAND'. Black Dymo label at base of handle 'G TALBETT' for Gordon Talbett, optometrist. Size: 227 x 42 x 37 mm.
