Historical Significance: L'Anthony's Desaturated 15 hue test was adapted from the Farnsworth Panel D 15 test to identify more subtle colour vision deficiencies. This set was manufactured by a group of employees of Coles and Garrard supervised by Judith Orenstein (Steward) in order to provide each of the company's branches with a Desaturated D 15 test. The boxes were made by Michael Sutton, husband of archivist Pamela Sutton. A few sets were available for purchase by non Coles and Garrard employees.
