Description Of Item: Hinged metal case for Willson service goggles, Style E1, headband. Case of round end lozenge shape made of silver coloured metal with dark brown matt painted surface. Outer surface has gold imprint of 'WILLSON GOGGLES/ REG US PAT OFF' and a logo with spectacles and a letter 'W'. Inside case is a light peach coloured paper liner with worn print. It reads in part 'Willson Service Goggles, STYLE E1 HEADBAND, MADE IN U.S.A./ PATENTED DEC 14, 1915/ PATENT ALLOWED/ NOV 23, 1917/ ADJUST BEFORE WEARING'. Dimensions 140 x 53 x 27 mm.
