Historical Significance: This booklet was originally published in The Dispensing Optician in April/May and August/September 1952 and was revised in 1958 and 1964. It presents multifocal lens types commonly prescribed in the 20th C. It includes reference to cemented bifocals and in this revision makes brief reference to Varilux progressive power lenses.
