Top printed 'PRESERVING SIGHT AND HEARING'. Base printed 'CONTENTS 20 MADE IN AUSTRALIA BY/ HANNA MATCH NORTH RICHMOND NSW'. Inside is a photo of an infant in a cot and print 'HELPING CHILDREN AND ADULTS'. Size: 51 x 38 x 7mm.
