Glazed with flat glass lenses of power approx -8.00 D Sph. Contained in small frog-mouth case, 125 x 50 mm,covered in black leather and gold-stamped on front ' J. GARRATT / OPTICIAN / 3rd Floor Centerway / COLLINS ST. MELB. '
