Containers have a number from 2 to 6 and lens parameters printed on the flat plastic extension of the container. Lens curvatures are from 7.8mm to 9.00mm in 0.3mm steps. Each lens has the word Hoya and a number, also from 2 to 6 printed on it in pink Historical Significance: By the 1980s a large number of manufacturers were producing soft contact lenses.
