Description Of Item: White cardboard box 118 x 78 x 47 mm to the top of which is affixed a label bearing the printed words Gelflex Triton Soft Lens Fitting Set and hand-written words Old Superceded.The side of the box bears a round label with Plano +2.00 written on it. The underside of the box bears #273 crossed out and T021. The box contains cardboard dividers and 6 metal capped vials each containing a clear or tinted (Aqua Handling Tint , Violet H/T or Blue H/T) soft contact lens. Vials bear a white and silver label, the silver section of which is framed in red. This section bears the words Triton Translating Soft Bifocal Lens , Alpha, Gelflex Laboratories and Manufactured by Gelflex Laboratories Perth WA 6017 Australia. The right hand white sections have typewritten lens parameters, the word trial, tint details and batch number ending in V which identifies the year of manufacture as 1998. Base curves range from 7.8 to 8.8 in 0.2 mm steps and diameters from 12.5 to 14.0. All are labelled -3.00 +2.00 Add despite the box label. The left-hand white section has printed Contains one sterile hydrophilic contact lens 61.4% Polymacon 38.6% water immersed in 0.9% buffered saline solution.
