Description Of Item: Metal capped vial 42 mm high, 22 mm diameter containing a clear soft contact lens. Vial bears a white and silver label, the silver section of which is framed in red. This section bears the words Triton Translating Soft Bifocal Lens, Alpha, Gelflex Laboratories and Manufactured by Gelflex Laboratories Perth WA 6017 Australia. The right hand white section has typewritten lens parameters, the word Bates, and batch number ending in Z which identifies the year of manufacture as 2002. Base curve 8.2 and diameter 13.0. Plano, +2.00 Add. The left-hand white section has printed Contains one sterile hydrophilic contact lens 61.4% Polymacon 38.6% water immersed in 0.9% buffered saline solution. Caution: Law prevents dispensing without a prescription.
