Historical Significance: Samuel Taylor FBOA (Hons) was a London optometrist and an occasional contributor to the 'Optician'. Dynamic retinoscopy was introduced by Andrew J. Cross in 1911 (See Cat No 174 and 478) and developed by numerous others. This book sets out to write a comprehensive monograph from the viewpoint of the author's theoretical concepts.
