Description Of Item: Clear moulded glass eye bath of pedestal form. Bowl flutings topped with triangular peaks. Sturrock refers to this as a honeycomb pattern. No markings. 40mm W x 57mm H.
Historical Significance: Crystal Glass Ltd was founded in 1914 in Sydney and manufactured a wide range of blown and pressed glass articles. In the 1920's Crystal Glass Ltd amalgamated with the Australian Glass Manufacturing Company of Melbourne and became known as Crown Crystal Glass.
