Historical Significance: Bannon was optometrist researcher at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire USA who worked with KN Ogle and later worked for the American Optical Company in Buffalo. See Cat No 473 and 528. He is best known for his work on anseikonia and eikonometry.
