Also 14 loose plates. Latimer's signature appears on the front. Manuscript is annotated with notes and alterations. Enclosed is a letter dated 11 November 1981 from Geoff Morris, a Melbourne optometrist, indicating that copy of the notes had been donated by Mrs Latimer through him. Historical Significance: H S Latimer was lecturer in the part-time evening course run by the Victorian Optical Association (now OAA Victoria) for the Fellowship of the Victorian Optical Association, which was the Victorian optometry qualification from 1913 to 1940.
