Description Of Item: Large rimless round eye Chinese spectacles. Decorated heavy square bridge. Sides hinged in middle and terminated in tortoise-shell disc. Flat, plano tinted lenses. Metal: silver colour, perhaps 'Paktong' (alloy of copper, zinc, nickel & iron). W: 12.7 cm x W: 5.0 cm
How Acquired: Donated by Ron Wrigley, Melbourne optometrist second half of 20th C
Condition: Good but half R side missing
