Historical Significance: This is a revised enlarged edition of Cat No 344. It is a manual for use of the phoro-optometer and the Wells Stereoscopic cards. David Wells MD was Associate Professor of Ophthamology at the Boston University Medical School and Ophthalmic Surgeon Massachusetts Homeopathic Hospital, Boston. It is designed to accompany the phoro-optometer stereoscope and the Wells selection of stereoscopic cards. The author advocates orthoptics rather than surgery.
