Description Of Item: Grant of patent No 12,113 AD 1900. Printed sheet with two folds being the provisional and complete specification for improvements in orthoptics or spectacles to facilitate the aiming of rifles and the like. Six pages, 2 of printed text, one containing Fig 1 and 2 and the remaining 2 are blank. The application for patent was made by Wheatley and Mackenzie of Chancery Lane London on behalf of William Knight Gregory, Optician, of 51 Strand in the county of London on July 4 1900 (Provisional specification) and April 1 1901. The grant of patent was made on May 4 1901.
