Description Of Item: Single volume. wine red cloth covers with gold lettering on the spine, containing a nearly complete run of the magazine bound in wine cloth covers. Inscription on front fly leaf: 'Presented by Damien Smith (Managing Editor) to John Bokor (Editor) on his retirement.'
Historical Significance: This periodical was published in Melbourne under the direction of Damien Smith who was joint founder and the Secretary-General of the International Federation of Asian and Pacific Associations of Optometry (IFAPAO), later known as the Asia Pacific Council of Optometry (APCO). He was Secretary-General for 17 years.
