Historical Significance: Helen Robbins graduated in optometry in 1970 from the University of Melbourne and later completed a BA Hons 1988 with major in Psychology and a Master of Health Administration at the UNSW. She was a staff member of the VCO Clinic for 21 years and VCO Clinic Administrator from 1984 to 1992. She was President of the Victorian Division of the OAA 1990-92 and National President of the OAA 1999 - 2002. She was elected an honorary life member of the OAA in 2005. See biography Cole BL.
