(2) Proof colour print 95 x 63 mm (image) of Graham Hill ,the incoming President in 1991 and the outgoing President Bruce Besley. Historical Significance: Graham Hill graduated in optometry in 1964 from the University of Melbourne and practised optometry in Shepparton. He was President of the College from 1991 to 2003 and served on the College Council for a long period before and after his Presidency. He was active in the profession being a member and the Chairrman of the Optometrists of the Registration Board, a Councillor of the Vic Div of the OAA and a part time teaching clinician. He was awarded the Medal in the Order of Australia for his services to optometry and his local community. See biography Cole BL.
