Stamp for the photographer on the back with code numbers for the photographs Historical Significance: The College was founded on December 29 1939 when its Memorandum and Articles of Association were signed by the founding members and its certificate of incorporation was signed on February 5 1940. Its 50th anniversary was celebrated by a gala dinner held in the Melbourne Conference Centre on May 23 1990. See report in the VCO annual report for 1990.
